Campaign · in collaboration with Beti Darj Karo
A woman's name, on the landबेटी दर्ज करो
Document. Know. Claim. Indian law gives daughters an equal share in ancestral property. The land record often does not.

The problem
Thirty years on the field, no name on the paper
A woman may farm the same field for decades and find her name appears nowhere on the 7/12 extract. The cause is usually paperwork, not malice: a mutation never filed, a succession never recorded, a form nobody explained.
The result is the same either way. No name on the record means no loan against the land, no compensation on acquisition, and no say in a sale.
What the campaign does
