For CSR partners

From problem to support

  1. 01

    Problem

    • Khandeshi heritage is losing visibility, and local artists lack platforms and documentation support.
    • Green cover is declining in North Maharashtra, and schools and colleges lack structured plantation and survival monitoring.
    • Rural libraries lack updated academic and general reading material.
    • Maharashtra lacks consistent, month-on-month youth leadership events covering all districts; digital literacy, entrepreneurship and mental-health awareness are insufficiently addressed.
  2. 02

    Our Intervention

    • Four pillars delivered together: Khandeshi culture, environment and plantation, books and rural libraries, and monthly youth assemblies.
    • A central coordination office in Dhule handles reporting, monitoring and financial compliance; district coordinators run the events; colleges provide venues and mobilisation.
  3. 03

    Target Group

    • Young people and students across Maharashtra's 36 districts
    • Schools, colleges and rural libraries
    • Khandeshi artists and cultural communities
  4. 04

    Activities

    • Cultural festivals, artist workshops and documentation of oral traditions
    • Planting 10,000 saplings with three years of care, 50 eco clubs and geo-tagged plantation zones
    • 36 district book drives, central cataloguing and distribution to rural libraries
    • 432 youth assemblies a year: 12 monthly themes in every district
  5. 05

    Expected Impact

    • 432 youth assemblies a year and 40,000+ direct youth beneficiaries
    • 10,000 saplings at a 70%+ survival rate, with 10,000+ students taking part
    • 30,000–50,000 books collected and 150+ libraries strengthened
    • 10,000+ community beneficiaries and 100+ artists supported
  6. 06

    Partners

    • Planned: colleges, NSS and NCC units for venues and youth mobilisation
    • Open to CSR partners: aligned with Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013
  7. 07
